Nepal Kayak Club

Why We Do What We Do

We're not just guides; we're fellow paddlers, sharing the water we love.

Guiding your adventure, protecting our waters.

Nepal Kayak Club was founded by Anup Gurung and passionate Nepali river guides and kayakers committed to bringing positive change to the whitewater community. The Club’s mission is to support and empower young Nepali kayakers, helping them develop their natural talent and grow into world-class athletes, certified instructors, and professional guides.

With a strong international spirit, the Club builds bridges between the global kayaking community and Nepal, inviting paddlers from around the world to share their knowledge, experiences and sometimes even their gear!

In Nepal, access to quality equipment, proper instruction, and certification can be a major hurdle for aspiring kayakers. Nepal Kayak Club works to remove these barriers, raise the standard of kayaking in the country, and ensure more Nepalis have the chance to enjoy and thrive on our incredible whitewater.

At its core, this is about community, connection, and a shared love for rivers. Join us and help keep the stoke flowing forward.
